Verdict

Oppo's OnePlus skipped 14 to bring us an iterative upgrade of excellent OnePlus 13. The 15 is a very competent and affordable flagship with excellent build and performance, amazing endurance and fast charging, good screen and reliable camera setup. It adds AF selfie and replaces the excellent 3-step alert slider with an AI button. Also gone is the Hasselblad collaboration and branding, in fact: all cameras have been downgraded. Is it possible that Oppo reserves top performance for it's Find series? Find 9 Pro and OnePlus 15 share very similar design...

PROs
improved design and build, great SD 8 Elite Gen 5 with UFS 4.1 performance. proper 48hr endurance from a 7300mAh Si-C battery with sub-50min 120W (50W wireless) charging. >1300nits bright 450ppi LTPO AMOLED screen with Dolby Vision, IP69 protection (down to 2m for 30min). reliable imaging from 50MP 24mm OIS main + 50MP 80mm OIS periscope telephoto + 50MP 16mm ultrawide (all with PDAF). good 32MP 21mm AF selfie. up to 4 years of updates of ColorOS (Chinese version of Oppo's OS).
CONs
76.7mm wide and hard to use one-hand, downgraded camera compared to OnePlus 13 and a loss of Hasselblad tech, no expandable memory and no desktop replacement functionality or even Video-Out
