Editorial
(this is a pre-test listing based on reasonable expectation of battery, screen and imaging performance) A year after Find X8s comes a change in direction for Oppo: leaving the compact flagship segment to make another excellent phone that is a stripped down Find X9. Hard to tell what caused this strategic change, perhaps X8s lost too badly to Vivo X200s and Oppo didn't feel they could compete? The X9s is the same build and size as X9, they share the same battery, screen and selfie but for about $200 less the X9s loses the wireless charging, periscope telephoto and multi-directional PDAF on all back lenses.
